Lactate testing to give you bespoke heart rate training zones, enabling you to get the most out of your training and recovery. You will also have a discussion around what the zones mean and suggestions for how you can use them going forward.

Our Move Better, Run Better sessions will give you an introduction into both technique and strength, as well as how they can fit into your weekly plan.

Nutrition is a key part of the big picture when it comes to running (and life!). Working with our nutrition coach to make positive changes to your eating habits can help you reach your running goals.

A Runners MOT will give you an overview of how your body is moving, what is working well and what would benefit from some attention.

Strength sessions to reduce your risk of injury and help you become a more efficient and powerful runner. These sessions can be tailored to any ability to help you develop as a runner.

Technique development sessions aim to improve and develop good movement patterns through drills and strength, helping you to become a stronger and more efficient runner.
