Abbie Dagg is a highly regarded podiatrist with a wealth of clinical knowledge plus practical assessment of movement. Her areas of expertise include:
- Prescribing orthoses
- Running technique analysis
- Running injury assessment and treatment
Abbie qualified from Huddersfield University in 2000. She immediately starting working for Mid Yorkshire NHS Hospital Trust where she still works today. Abbie rose through the ranks and became a clinical lead in MSK in 2003. In 2005, Abbie gained her Masters degree in Rheumatology. Not satisfied with this she got a second masters in clinical podiatric biomechanics (which included a module in sports medicine) in 2011. Since this time Abbie has continued to develop her practice becoming one of the first independent medical podiatric prescriber’s in the country.
Abbie is a keen runner and can be found causing havoc around Huddersfield. Although happy to run any distance and on any terrain she is happiest when taking part in multi day events.
