Running specific strength work is an important part of staying injury free and running well. However, how do you know where to start, how much is enough, and, let’s be honest, how do you keep it interesting and fresh?
Then you need to consider when it fits into your week around your running and life to get the best results without compromising how well you can run.
You can take all the (mental) effort out of it by joining in with one of our weekly strength classes led by strength coach Laura Inglis.
All classes last for an hour, and are predominantly body weight exercises so can be adapted to suit any ability and experience.
