Accelerate Your Speed
Every Thursday evening we can be found running around the Olympic Legacy Park in Attercliffe, an off-road series of paths, including a 100m straight, which are perfect for working on your fast running!
The sessions are designed to help you move better and get quicker, no matter what pace you run at or goals you have. The sessions can be tailored to fit what you need and are capable of and are suitable for anyone wanting to improve their times at distances from 5km through to marathon.
After some time spent warming up and doing some technique work we run efforts ranging from 30m to 2km, depending on the aims of the session and the runners of course!
Expect sweat, fast running and lots of laughter!
